3 of the 6 pumps were damaged in shipment. Since we were not the shipper, UPS says that the shipper must file a damage report. The shipper (HCEM) says they gave the shipment to a freight forwarder and that I must deal with UPS with a claim for damages and does not seem willing to contact the freight forwarder to help resolve the claim. We have filed a claim with UPS, and they picked up the damaged pumps, however, UPS told us that the shipper must file the claim and any payment would go to the shipper. We cannot get information from UPS and HCEM has stopped communicating with me. We need ALIBABA to get HCEM to fix the problem. Quality: ok
